Dear friends of Indian Balance, Go to a quite location where you can be by yourself for 5 to 10 minutes. Stand relaxed, having your arms placed at the side of your body. Have your head faced up front, your shoulders being relaxed. Gently close your eyes and visualize how your body changes and becomes one with a condor. When inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, lift up your arms from the sides to shoulder height; fingers pointing towards earth. Next time you inhale, feel that your body begins to gently sway back and forth. Having your eyes still closed, imagine that your body begins to fly. Picture yourself to realize everything when you do your circles. As soon as your arms get tired they are allowed to descend gently back to the sides of your body. Continue to easily sway back and forth, concentration on your third eye (forehead). Just be at the moment; without trying to do anything in particular. Only feel the swaying and breathing of your body and enjoy the growing ease in your body and soul. What you believe you have to find could be something totally different from what the condor helps you to explore. Just be free and present during the exercise of the condor. Allow the intuitive message to get through to you without trying to logically or analytically understand it and evaluate it. Remain in this position as long as you want or find it necessary. |
